  • Keeping the contractual relationship with INCUS CAPITAL.
  • Contact with the User through the forms and channels we put at your disposal.
  • CV management: management of employment procedures that may be published in our Website.
  • Cookies: allowing an adequate Website performance and providing statistics linked to your Website browsing.
Lawful basis The lawful basis for the processing of your personal data with the purpose of contacting, managing your employment request, as well as your cookie settings, is the User’s consent given when checking the boxes or getting in contact with INCUS.

Data Recipients Personal data included in your CV may be transferred to the INCUS company which is managing the vacancy, or any other company of INCUS GROUP. Occasionally, your CV may be adapted to other Group company job vacancy or company we collaborate with. For example, investment companies managed by INCUS. Personal data will be processed for the same purpose and time period identified above.
If there is any job vacancy that it is adapted to your profile we may get in contact with you, to request your authorization for sending your CV to the aforementioned companies.
International Data Transfers
  • We use Microsoft’s “Corporate Online Services” when using tools such as Office 365 or Azure. This may imply an international data transfer to the USA, which are allowed under de Adequacy Decision EU-USA Data Privacy Framework, in place since July, 10th, 2023.
  • Web analytics services: the Website has enabled Google Analytics services from Google, LLC, established in the USA and adhered to the Adequacy Decision EU-USA Data Privacy Framework, in place since July, 10th, 2023. The interaction between the Users and the tools implies the usage of statistical and technical data related the browsing Website, whenever its installation has been previously accepted by the User.

INCUS adopts all the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of the personal data contained therein and to prevent its alteration, loss, processing, or unauthorized access, considering the state of the art of the technology, the nature of the personal data and the existing risks they are exposed to.

The Intranet is SSL Certificate (Secure Socket Layer), to guarantee security in the transmission of data between your browser and our Intranet.

The secure server establishes a connection, so the information transmitted is encrypted, ensuring that it is only intelligible to the User’s device and our Intranet. In this way, using the SSL protocol guarantees:

  • That the User is communicating their data to the Intranet server centre and not to any other.
  • That between the User and the Intranet the data is transmitted encrypted, preventing its possible reading or manipulation by unauthorized third parties.

To verify that it is in a secure environment, the User must check that the verification Intranet address begins with https://

User can also identify the Intranet as secure when a lock icon appears in your browser’s address bar.

Finally, the User can also verify the presence of the SSL certificate by checking your browser. To do so, you must verify Intranet characteristics.

Any change made to this Privacy Policy will be timely properly reflected, and INCUS may add, modify or delete said Privacy Policy when it deems necessary.

In no case will INCUS modify the policies or practices to make them less effective to the protection of Users personal data previously stored, without the prior consent of the affected Users.
